This tree trimmer advertises that he trims palm trees, however he does not even have the proper tools. I didn’t know this when I hired him. We agreed to a price and he scheduled the next morning to come but arrived 1.5 hours earlier than he said so I was at a doctor appointment. He argued with the person I left in charge and stated that I only said to cut the green at the top.
