Going back in the old days I bought an unassembled 192 engine from GEM for my HR they delivered it in my garage and I loved it taking my time to assemble it. Never looked back.
We bought a reconditioned engine from them, cost about $6,000 + install + all the extras. We found out it was not a rebuild, not a reconditioned motor at all ? It's a repaired motor,, I would of been better with a $1000 motor from the wrecker. Completely ripped off. All the customers should start a class action against these people, they get the returned motor, clean it make it look new, replace the broken parts and call it reconditioned, when its not.. Mark sold me faulty engines and warranty and would not honner my warranty, untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Do not do any service with them.
Absolute con men, highly advise not to use. Mark the warranty guy will get you to fix there mistakes and then refuse to pay out on warranties
