HM Equity took over The Park at Waterford Harbour Apartments and the complex went downhill immediately. What used to be a pristine upscale waterside community became an utter mess. The pool plaster became discolored almost over night from lack of care and attention. The hot tub was broken for over six months. The worst. If your a realtor you will not get paid commission. It took me a month and a half. They said they mailed it. Two weeks later no check. So I told them I would come pick it up they told me no they will put a stop payment and mail it again…another two weeks goes by later still no check so then I called them and told them I was coming up there to pick up the check they seem very flustered at me wanting to come up there.
