When it comes to landscaping Sammy is very knowledgable and has a good sense of style, he offers suggestions for those of us who are not the most visionary. When you are having to cut corners he is able to make it not as noticeable. As far as handyman work is concerned he had to do some very difficult plumbing work (broken pipe set in concrete under a bathtub) without damage to any part of the bathroom.
