I’m extremely disappointed with the disrespect and just plain rude attitude that I’ve seen every time I’ve been here. I’ve gone in two times - once to make an appointment and once to get my hair cut. When I went in to the salon the first time, I was not even acknowledged for a good 60 seconds, which is not always what you want from someone you’re trusting your appearance to. I love HLB salon. Brittany has been doing my extensions for years. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my hair. I live in the city and drive to LaGrange just to get my hair done. The environment is comfy and upbeat. If you are looking for a place to get your lashes done this is where you need to go. My lashes last three weeks sometimes four. Brittany is so easy going and easy to talk to. Love HLB!
