I worked here when it was still Harlen and Lash and it was a great place who cared about their employees. When it started to change ownership they became about production and paperwork, they want robots. I would not recommend this place to anyone who really enjoys machining.
HL is extremely advanced in their technology and machining capabilities. Their facilities are clean, air conditioned and extremely well kept. The work is diverse and precise. They provide a very quick turnaround on orders both small and large. They have a great customer service team and they do some of the best manufacturing work not just in Illinois, but nation-wide.
I've worked in a few manufacturing facilities & I really enjoy working at HL!! Wide variety of work, excellent top notch machinery. Great staff & just a great group of fellow coworkers!!! Looking forward to many years to come!!! Thank U HL manufacturing for this opportunity!!!
