It's a shame that 5 stars is the default option, because there's no easy way to indicate when a business really goes above and beyond. Let's just say here that Swedish deserves 10 stars on a 5-star scale. My car is 20 years old, has 300,000 miles, and is worth less than a lot of people pay for rent every month.
