I took my car to their shop to replace the grille on my car. They accepted the job but called me a couple of days later and told me that it can’t be done. They still charged me even though they were not able to do the work. I took the car to a Ford dealership and they replaced the part for less than what these people charged me not to do it. Great shop, they know their stuff when it comes to 4runners! Got my 4th gen up to shape after the previous owner cut some corners on the lift kit they installed. It's riding perfectly now and feels much better to drive. Thorough and high attention to detail. Will be back.
You guys crushed it. My car looks amazing after all the work your team provided. From window tint, CarPlay programer, LED interior lighting, wheels, tires and HRE lowering kit. I', very very happy! Thank you HKP for taking care of my vehicle after all the headache I’ve been having with another shop. The tint came out perfect and no issues at all! I was in the market for a Cognito Leveling Kit PSR 2.0 , tires, wheels and AMP step to complete my 2024 GMC AT4 HD. Ben and his team were fantastic to deal with to say the least. Very professional, communication was superb and on point! (Long story short), there was an issue with one the motors hanging up on my AMP steps, rather than sending me on my way and making me wait a week for the warranty process for the new motor to come in.
