We have used the Holiday Inn Miami West Airport, Florida for the past years to have our church meetings every month. The service has been excelente. Carlos Madrid has been our point of contact thru out the years, and he has been superb, above and beyond. He always has the room clean and ready for us on. We recommend this hotel for any church needing a space to meet. The whole team is awesome, including Genesis at the administration office. Thanks for all your service! Blessed!
The nastiest hotel property you own in Miami- Holiday Inn Miami West. Rooms are outdated, smell like smoke, and drug addicts in the lobby. Do better! You make all this money and can’t even renovate your property! Only the lobby looks renovated. And pull up that nasty carpet and get with the times!
Thanks for running your Ohio full service property straight into the ground. Owning it over well over 2yrs and not spending a dime. Not only on much needed renovations but serious issues that need fixed in an older building. It takes a lot more man power and Labor cost to run a full service hotel unlike all the other motels you manage. But you wouldn't know that since u brought in an incompetent tyrant that fired the only staff that cared. No investment for business or loyal staff.
