Thanks for running your Ohio full service property straight into the ground. Owning it over well over 2yrs and not spending a dime. Not only on much needed renovations but serious issues that need fixed in an older building. It takes a lot more man power and Labor cost to run a full service hotel unlike all the other motels you manage.
