Ordered flooring on December 20th that said it was in stock and shipped the next day. January 18th I have still not received my product. I reached out to them through the phone # and multiple emails. Zero reply to the emails and no one answers the phone. Worst transaction and customer service you could ever ask for. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else.
