Just like the poor reviews below me. HK Lane Real Estate is the worst real estate agency to work with. Karen Dorn, one of their associates made numerous mistakes like: -Countering an offer without the buyers consent -Forcing you to accept terms without explaining the pros and cons of the contract -Not getting all necessary materials before inspection like the remote control for the gate -Favoring the agents seller over you (we're the buyer) that things are simply standard with statements like "that's just the way it is" -All... read more
