Philip is my goat, got a perm for the first time and loved it.
The male staff member or owner is loud and obnoxious. He didn't cut my hair. The staff member who cut my hair was good but didn't speak much English. May consider coming here again due to quick service and low price, but it won't be my first choice. I prefer salons where the owners and staff are cool and calm, not boisterous and loud - but that's my personal preference.
I went there two times. First, I showed one pic, they cut another type. Again showed one pic while going next time, they cut another type. They made same haircuts for both the times but the pictures shown was different. Might be it was okay with the price since cost is $12, but haitcut was totally different to the picture shown.
Phillip and his team at the barber shop are truly masters of their craft, whether it’s perms or haircuts. I recently visited for both services, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
