This is straight-up fraud. I have received multiple statements claiming I owe them $22.95 for a service that isn't described - it literally says "Balance Forward" in the description. They have been reported to the Attorney General's office.
Dr. THOMAS is a stand up guy and rebuilt my knee that another Dr had damaged in a surgery. You WILL get a x-ray or even several if you see a orthopedic surgeon so they can make sure your bones are o.k. by viewing them at the core. That's why your there right? Can't see bones without a x-ray.... HJ Thomas 5 stars Sir!
Everything wrong with health care. Do not go to Dr. Thomas unless you want to pay a lot of money with no results. I went in for some knee pain and a squishy lump on my knee. Before the Dr even saw me they sent me down the hall to get X-Rays. They didn't mention anything about the X-Rays ot being included in the office visit so not covered under the co-pay.
