Not very happy with my experience. There was little to no preparation done before starting the nails - my nails weren’t trimmed, and there was no cuticle prep, which is usually a basic step and i wasn’t asked about my preferred shape or length. I showed an inspo pic, buy the final result didn’t match. I was charged $115, which definitely didn’t feel worth the price. Overall felt rushed and lacking attention to detail.
Guess if this is the before or after …. Yep it’s the after. Tell me why my feet look dryer than they did before coming in ? Tell me why I had to beg the lady to scrub them more? Tell me why I had to argue that they weren’t straight ? The attitude of (Hanna) I believe, was absolutely appalling. I am mortified by how rude and unprofessional she was. Making me feel embarrassed and belittled all because I mentioned that one of the toenails wasn’t straight. Will never EVER be back here.
I was warmly welcomed by Hana, and she, along with two other lovely ladies, took such great care of me. They were spot on with the nails I wanted natural yet elegant. The attention to detail and friendly service made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them.
