We walked in for my daughter's appointment and had no wait time. We sat down for maybe a minute before being called back, and every single staff member was friendly and polite. Dr. Randall explained everything thoroughly, and we now have a plan in place for my daughter's specific dental needs. I had been hesitant to drive so far, but every drop of gas was worth it!
As usual:. All was in order and lined up and schedule went as so stated! All of you are caring and well trained in this most complicated type of physical! Teeth are valuable! Thanks so much!
Dr. Randall and staff know what they're doing. The experience is quick (they have their own machine that makes crowns to fit perfectly) and painless. I was in and out in two hours. I have had several done to replace very old fillings. Highly recommend Tennessee River Dental.
Just in for a 6 month checkup today… Kinsey was friendly & efficient as always & Dr. Randall found no problems! Office staff cheerful & efficient as well. A great visit all the way around!
Dr. Randall and his team is always friendly and professional. They have my dental health as a top priority and will spend whatever time is needed to explain my dental status and answer any questions.
I met Ryan, the new guy in the clinic. He was very friendly and introduced a new water pick instrument for cleaning my teeth. It was very comfortable and surprising how it took less time. This will be a great instrument to use on persons like my daughter Lisa who is mentally challenged.

My first trip here and most definitely will not be my last. From first to last of my visit each member was very pleasant and professional. I never felt like I was just a number to push threw to meet a quota. Finally I can say I have found a Dentist and staff, of whom I’ve a fear, (dentist) . I willl not have any reservations in any treatment they will preform. Thank each one of you for your most wonderful treatment
Today I had my semi-annual cleaning. All went well. Hygienist was very accommodating and easy with whom to talk. She was very good at explaining what she was doing!
