Hix was wonderful. Very fast service, respectful of what we needed to pay as well. They fixed our unit to optimal working condition instead of another local company who just wanted to sell us a new unit. Saves us almost 10,000 dollars. Our tech was named Mark. But every employee we have communicated with has been excellent. I will continue to use Hix if I ever have another problem!

The lady on the phone stated one price for service fee . he came out and stated another which was $50 extra .. then I told him what price she told me. And then he replied well I guess that’s what it is then .. the way that he described. Everything made me feel like that he was trying his best to overcharge. … I called another company.. and where he tried to charge me $1000 I got it done for a quarter of that . And they’ve even did more labor. .. smh

Fast, friendly, professional, kind, and above all, honest. They hold themselves to their quote and only add to it if they absolutely have to for parts. I wish there were more ways I could recommend these guys because they are great! Workmanship is also topnotch, and they even clean up like they were never there.
