Hix is always professional. The lady that answered the phone was very busy but made time to hear my issue and set my appointment to my liking. Carl was on time, friendly, and professional. After he fixed my problem, he explained my problem and what he done to fix it. The bill wasnt as bad as I expected. I would highly recommend Hix AC. We tried a competitor once, which was a mistake. Hix will always be our Heat & Air company. Very Happy start to finish!

Highly recommend this company. We called and they came out that day figured out what was wrong and came the next morning to fix AC. We had cold air within a few hours! Nate was our tech he was great he knew what he was doing very professional. Reliable and Great communication with everyone we dealt with.
