They don't want to give me meds until my labs are drawn but they can't send me the sheet to get them done because they are not in the office. 100% useless. defiantly changing doctors.
We’re going through a global crisis. I’m an essential worker and I’ve gone almost a full 3 weeks without my physic medication. No telling how many other people with mental health issues are having problems with their prescription because of this places poor restrictions and procedures. I love my Therapist/doc, but this long and this poor lack of communication is causing me major hardships
This company allows employees to sleep on the job while ignoring important calls. This employee has been written up before for sleeping but needs to be fired. A former employee was let go for taking a photo of the lazy employee letting lives at risk for their ignorance. This place is a JOKE.

No psychosocial assessment or history. No defined goals. No treatment plan. Family destruction. Information in notes was not reflective of the session.
I went in for my first appointment and waited 2 hours because of some small mistake on their part. I called in advance to reschedule my 2nd appointment because i dont have a licence and i was homeless so it was hard to get around. Then when i went to my next appointment they said i never called to reschedule and i was kicked out of the program.
