I had such a horrible experience I am writing this review based on past experiences - Renters beware. The apartment I rented near Green Lake was gross, moldy, and run down. Management was unprofessional, rude, and went from passive-aggressive to aggressive. Concerns of mold in my unit were scoffed at. There was standing water (smelled like sewage) overflowing into the parking area - maybe it was a blessing in disguise they up-charge parking so much...
I stayed with Hive for six years. The apartment I stayed in was an older building, which came with its issues over the years but the space itself was pretty much perfect for me. The Hive management team was really great across the years. They've always been professional and very responsive to concerns of residents (hard to come by these days!).
