Hive is one of the great property management companies. I lived in one of their Green Lake apartments for 4 years. It was the perfect location at a very affordable price. We always got maintenance next day, and the management team was available and communicative.
Amateurish property management that have never heard of tech invented in the last two decades like Docusign. In response to their response: And yet somehow every other property management company I've ever dealt with has been able to terminate a lease without the need for an in-person visit or notary. Again... amateurs.
