I'm resident at Hive Apartments. The building is older but the apartment was very clean. My car, a standard size SUV, doesn't fit into the garage. That was a disappointment, but the staff and maintenance people are great. They are responsive to maintenance requests and other inquiries.
Move in went smooth. Management team was very responsive and helped answer all the inevitable "what about" questions that popped up.
He fixed the clogged sink. Thank you, Hive for your great maintenance.
Agent was timely and knowledgeable about property.
