The front office receptionist is lacking in basic empathy or human kindness. Folks that go into the office for services usually have issues in their lives and don't need anyone's attitude because they are, " having a bad day". OK? And? We all have bad days, I don't take it out on innocent people. Definitely shouldnt be the first face you see when you go to the Rburg office. Not professional. Not supportive. Not nice...Not kidding!
