I have attended several funerals here through the years. The staff was very thoughtful and anticipated the individual needs of each family. Additionally, Hitzeman is very active in the community. Kudos for making such a difficult time in people's lives easier for them.

The staff show meticulous attention to every detail and a level of compassion and professionalism my family was impressed by. Knowing it’s a fifth generation funeral home gives us a sense of the comfort we have not found in other funeral homes.

I was very disappointed by attitude and behavior. Initially I called to have preplanning arrangements made as my mother was close to passing due to cancer and we wanted to make sure we knew the procedure needed to transfer a body from out of state. My brother and I wanted to do as much preplanning as necessary since we were out of state on line.
