We drove almost an hour for the appointment just to wait about 40 minutes before the stylist could start the cut. We requested him not to cut too much hair, yet he took so much hair off that my wife was in tears after since it took 2 years to grow that hair length. I would give 0 star if I could for this place. I went this place for 2 years. I went this place at 1:50pm and out 2:20. The owner told me that my stylist was not there and I asked any one available at 2:00pm on the phone. When I arrived at the shop, other walk- in guests were served even though they came later than me. Once we raise my voice he said just sit and wait, and no one care about me until that point.
