Very rude owner (Alex) Please read Negative reviews first, You will thank yourself later. Recently we had the worst hair care experience in this Salon. We drove almost an hour for the appointment just to wait about 40 minutes before the stylist could start the cut. We requested him not to cut too much hair, yet he took so much hair off that my wife was in tears after since it took 2 years to grow that hair length. RecommendedI am looking for an Asian hair cut stylist and I was so happy to find Hitto Salon. The moment they touched my hair I knew they know what they are doing. I am so satisfied with the results. Layered hair style that’s all I want and made perfectly and so defined.👏👏👍👍

I would give 0 star if I could for this place. I went this place for 2 years. I went this place at 1:50pm and out 2:20. The owner told me that my stylist was not there and I asked any one available at 2:00pm on the phone. When I arrived at the shop, other walk- in guests were served even though they came later than me. Once we raise my voice he said just sit and wait, and no one care about me until that point. Staff was very friendly and did a great job on my daughters hair.
I have been going to Hitto Salon for last 3 years and happy to have found this place and my every single visit I leave happy with my hair beautifully done be it Japanese hair straightening or Keratin or balayage or haircut done according to styles I provide in pics.. they got it done every single time. I love this place.
Two years ago, my daughter went there to have a haircut and it was pretty nice. I decided to give it a try for myself today. It ends up with I have the worst hair cut ever in the past ten years. The hair style is way different from the picture I showed the designer, and length was much shorter than what I told the designer. My hair become really frizzy after first wash tonight.
