Dr. Soni has been my doctor for several years. I find him a good listener, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I can't imagine going to another psychiatrist. I highly recommend him.
Dr Soni is very nice. His office is non-functioning. Can't get a reply from the portal, phone message or any other way. Been waiting for 3 WEEKS and I've called and emailed 6 different times! I'm changing doctors, have an appointment at the new place already! Sorry, Dr Soni
My purpose in visiting felt largely ignored. It seemed like Dr. Soni was focused on a different diagnosis instead of addressing my concerns. However, their communication with other offices is the primary reason why I won’t be returning. I made a specific trip to Quest Diagnostics and the laboratory didn’t have the paperwork, my Rx was called into the wrong pharmacy, and a promised referral for further testing to actually address my concerns never came to be. I’m not sure what I gained from visiting?

Refuses to provide letters to employers about medical leave or do anything for FMLA or SDP, but didn't tell me this so i waited almost two months for the forms to be filled out. Kept telling me he wanted me to do TMS and ketamine treatment. Never followed up with his staff at all, so I never got the treatment. His office refused to send me my records so I could make an SDP claim on my own and said they needed 30 days' notice to provide me my records.
