RecommendedI finally caved and got my nails done after 5 months! And I’m so so so happy that I did! Nexus Nails and Spa are completely professional, taking in the safety of all their clients and staff. They only take appointments to minimize the amount of people coming in but are very flexible. As soon as you walk in, they ask that you complete a questionnaire that asks if you had any symptoms, been exposed, etc. in the that last 14 days. They also take your temperature. Avoid this salon at all cost . Over charges , nails lift , then blame it on the oils in your mail beds . Been getting my nails done for 20 years . Though I would give this place a try because my nail lady retired . Nails lifted every time in between fills . Dull shine , late on appointments .. several times made appointment, ran an hour behind my nail appointment . Overcharged people as I’m sitting in the salon ! Then overcharged my daughter and I . Beware if this place !
if your techs don't know how to do nails maybe don't let them do it. But of you choose to let inexperienced techs do nails then at least give refunds for the crap work. Also... when someone comes in to say (and show) how awful the nails look maybe don't let your techs be verbally abusive to the customer.
Well Yen called my friend a “fat cow” so I can’t recommend this awful place.
Took my nieces here to get our nails done and we had a great time! All the employees here are so nice. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.
Very friendly and understandable. They have A very large selection on gel and pretty big one of regular nail polish as well. Decent prices for great work😃
Tony is my new favorite person I am in love with my nails🥰
