I actually ordered a product from them off of Amazon instead of their online store directly as I found them after I received the product. Product arrived quickly and was the best price I could find after months of searching. They are definitely on my radar for the future.

Poor Customer Service and Rigid Return Policy – Not Worth the Hassle I had a really disappointing experience with Hitchweb. I ordered a hitch but never got a chance to use or even open it because I had to leave the country unexpectedly for a family emergency. They do not respect there return policy: I was asked to pay for the return shipping, which was more than 20% they advertise in their return policy. Raising that concern to their support, did not resolve the issue.
Pretty disappointed, if I'm going to be frank. I was eager to support a local business but the courier Hitchweb used didn't follow the delivery instructions provided and left the package in a public area. The shipping notification email didn't come through either so I had no idea the package was even on its way. By the time I got the tracking and "proof" of delivery, the package was missing.
