Ken is Great. I tried to get all the big boys to do my hitch. None in stock they had to order and 2 weeks earliest appointment. Read the reviews and left a message (he is very old school). called me back within a few minutes. Had in stock and was able to do right away! 3 hours later and i was riding home with a hitch. 1 man shop in Pelican Bays.
