Everything about the Revesby branch is garbage. Just take one look at the place, and it tells you all you need to know about it. Every dealing with this place was a painful experience. Buy a different brand.
We bought over 2 million dollars of brand new equipment and the machines always breaks down. We get charged over everything and get blamed on for it instead of seeing the manafacturing of the machines and how they were built not good. Got charged for water getting into the battery compartment when the tech came he put holes in the bracket so it doesnt happen again and charged us for it instead of saying they should of had holes in the bracket to avoid this as excavators are always going to be used around water etc. Latest is... read more
The worst hitachi branch! Unfair and unfriendly management I wish I can give lower than one star!! Try to avoid dealing with them!! Or if you are already dealing with try to escape and run for your life!!! ITS EVEN BETTER TO BUY DIFFERENT BRAND OF MACHINE!!!!
