Went there to watch soccer. Seating could be better laid out, in my opinion.
I suffered from a chronic shoulder issue. Over a two year period I went to two Ortho's and went thru physical therapy with no significant improvement. I heard about the bridge program at the HIT center. I was evaluated at HPT and a program of stretching and weight work was developed around my specific issue. My flexibility has returned, movements that were painful to perform can again be performed without pain. Our entire family has used this facility. My husband and son take advantage of the men's boot camp on Monday evenings, my daughter does group training 2 times a week with a personal trainer and I myself enjoyed being pushed by a personal trainer for 11 months. We love the trainer's and their ability to push you to the point of exhaustion and you continue to come back for more. Thank you Brittany, Darryl, Derrick.
