Don’t live here if you want ANY freedom in decorating your home. The HOA is selective in who they target so don’t challenge them on anything. They are also the strictest group of people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. They never follow up and just deny everything. The houses are ok. Very thin walls so you hear a lot. You better hope for quiet neighbors. The school traffic is a nightmare. Getting stuck in that while you’re trying to be somewhere is awful.
