I have been to this restaurant several times for private events. The food and service is always excellent!
What a disappointment, the risotto was barely cooked, in fact it was crunchy
This place was amazing, after 5 house of driving pulled up to the hotel & ask for room, the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful, professional & totally an outstanding customer Service. The room was beautiful, clean. I will stay at this hotel anytime I'm back that way.. I only wish I knew this young man name. I stay there on 4/11/2016 to 4/12/2016.
An amazing atmosphere...you can feel the history around you! Great food and service. Anything you need! Have had many special times here over the years. And, have stayed in the hotel as well. Such a comfy place to relax while visiting friends or exploring the Lancaster area. A true community landmark!
I loved it because everyone was so sweet and so nice after a customer verbally attacked me after we took our daughter out because she had a melt down. We tried to do the right thing and was still confronted by an angry customer. The servers and manager were more than nice. We took our meal to go and explained that they should not advertise as a family restaurant. However the food we took back with us was great.
