Carpets should’ve been replaced before we moved in and they had the audacity to charge us for them when we moved out. My closet and room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke from the neighbor next door. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, you can hear every neighbors conversation, not to mention during Covid they were throwing eviction notices to people. The property is great and maintenance is prompt and helpful. Walking distance to great places.
Absolutely loved living here as a single young professional. I felt safe, maintenance and staff were efficient/effective and very kind. The location is amazing with safety features in place and history/architectural design that is rare. This place is a hidden gem and affordable. Highly recommend.
