Greystar took over and the new team is amazing. I just officially moved in and they are rocking it!! They always respond and keep their professionalism top notch. Looking forward to having some great memories in this building!!
We just moved into the Penthouse a few months ago, and we absolutely love it. Greystar took over a week after we moved in and they have been great! They have accommodated some of our needs without us even asking. Amber and CaSaundra were so helpful with our initial move in and Travis and Jessie have picked up the slack and done an amazing job! We will be living here for a very long time! �
The new Assistant Manager Jessie is super nice and helpful! Affordable living, nice floorplans, and great location.
Amber and CaSaundra are some of the most professional business women I've ever met. They have found a fantastic balance of professionalism and compassion that they show to all of their potential residents, I'm pretty sure you could give these two ladies any property to manage and they would double the good reviews overnight! Whoever hired them scored big.
The historic electric building what a blessing this place is the storage electric building what a blessing this place is a $600 deposit and even a person on section 8 could live here I've always use your building is in example the other building is hunters Plaza since its been redone in these are positive building that can show people even if you're on section 8 you can live in affordable and safe housing with landlord to actually care
I just moved in about six months ago but I love it. The security measures make me feel safe. They are doing updates to the building so the hallways are better lit. Also they just updated the elevators.
