My experience with Hispanic Counseling Center not improved much. I went to 3 appointments with Therapist Melinda Bonilla, just to talk and taking notes and I can’t see a Psychiatrist. Them scheduled a appointment with a Psychiatrist Dr. Álvarez. I waiting and waiting till the appointment day. Gracias a todo el personal , tanto administrativo y clínico, incluyo las personas de limpieza y mantenimiento, sin ellos ,no tendríamos oficinas limpias y sanitizada, mi experiencia fue la mejor con mi terapista y la psiquiatra. Cambiar de negativo a positivo es un arduo trabajo tanto de los profesionales como nosotr@s ll@s pacientes .gracias por la paciencia y el escucharme. I went the HCC for a year now and everyone is so nice especially the receptionists! I feel very comfortable in there and my therapist was honestly so kind and helpful towards my journey of self recovery! 😊 will forever be grateful for everything they helped me through 🫶
