Dr Awan has done joint replacement on my hand as well as dealt with a complex fracture of both bones in my forearm. He was also able to repair a tendon in my hand that had torn a year ago. His pre-op teaching for my hand was excellent, sharing with me not only the good that would come but also the possible downside of replacement. His follow up care during all 3 surgeries could not have beeen better. The staff was always very responsive to any problem, like I was a member of their family.
Dr. Awan has a very good bedside manner and relates to his patients well. His staff is very efficient as well. However, he performed cubital tunnel surgery on me and I was disappointed with the results, and that's really the bottom line.
