Excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. Thorough, professional, personable.
Dr Yamaguchi was my mother's surgeon for breast cancer several years ago & I see her now as well when necessary. I had to come in last week for an issue. I had short wait & she answered all of my questions & I did not feel rushed. Her staff scheduled a future procedure for me at the hospital & called me that afternoon with date/time. She is very kind & professional & I would highly recommend.
The surgeon and entire staff treated me as though they were good friends knowing I was having a bad day-they made me feel more at ease and spoke to me with knowledge without being condescending
I first met Dr. Yamaguchi in spring of 2018. She performed my surgery in July, and has been part of my ongoing care team since. I wish I could properly express how much my husband and I appreciate her and what a wonderful, caring physician she is. I have such trust in her. She has offered me kindness and comfort when I felt scared and brokenhearted. Not only has she shown care for me as the patient, she has shown care for my husband as well. I'm so grateful to have her on my team!
Dr. Yamaguchi takes time with her patients, keeps family informed ,nurses and office staff always there to help. Her surgeries are done with least amount of scaring. She calls to check on you at home. I would recommend her to anyone.

I liked the NO nonsense approach She displays in diagnosing your health issue yet showing compassion and concern and making you feel comfortable being with Her. Her Assistant Nancy Lucas, is equally compassionate and very helpful especially with questions to be answered over the telephone.

I can not recommend Dr. Yamaguchi enough! She is incredibly professional, warm, patient and a darn fine surgeon. She explained every bit of my procedure, answered all of my questions and put me at ease immediately. I would recommend her to even my closest loved ones.
