My eyebrows wax turned out good. My hair cut not so much. I wanted it little shorter in the back than the front I wanted it long and I got home, styled it and it's all one length with little layers. And I told her in the beginning I need my hair thinned out, that didn't happen. I feel like she didn't hear what I wanted. Hope this grows out before my sister's wedding in July to get it fixed elsewhere.

Totally messed up my hair! I asked for a simple base color with highlights and got something along the lines of an ombré? Not okay! Definitely never going back. Making sure I spread the word!
