Unprofessional! Changed our confirmed booking time literally 45 mins before our appointment because the person before us came late and taking longer than usual???? Then tell that person to move back. That is why we make appointment! U wasted people's time to come all the way here and yet when we were upset you did not say a single sorry but to let us know "no point of being rude" when we just said that you could not do this and be proffesional???
This is actually Ed's in West Oaks Mall in Abbotsford BC. Serving both men and women. Excellent..very affordable..always friendly even if you don't have an appointment..and..Excellent results!!!
Monika just did a terrible haircut…I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The haircut I received was poorly done and did not match what I requested. I felt rushed and unheard during the appointment. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Note it plz i came on January!!!!! She even put her name on the card and she gave that to me !!!!
