Unless you know the right question to ask, I don't recommend going here! They didn't tell me that they would charge me to look at it until I was there to pick it up! I didn't have enough money to fix what they said it needed. (First they told me $263 then 5 minutes later called back to tell me it would be $518) If they would have told me that they were charging me $50 for bringing it in, I would have let them change my air filter for the $55 they wanted to charge me! i.e., My fuel pump went out on the interstate while I was driving with my 3-month-old son. I was towed to H & H at 9 o clock at night and Joe and Darla were still there to assist me. On the way into Elko, Darla had called a local hotel and put a room on hold for me as there were several big events going on in town and rooms were scarce. I was towed to their location. They immediately began working on my vehicle to determine what the problem was. The PCM had failed (again). As Elko NV is halfway between ANY major parts supplier there was a delay in getting the part. The technician spent litterally hours diagnosing the wiring issues that MAY have contributed to the PCM failure. The factory (Chrysler/Dodge) rebuilt part was not programmed the vehicle would still not start. The shop contacted the local Dodge dealership to coordinate the PCM being "flashed". I d... read more
