My 9 year old son has been coming to Hirt Locker for almost a year now. There is a significant improvement in his speed, agility, body composition, and confidence on the baseball field this past year and I attribute it to his workouts with Christian. He really looks up to Christian and looks forward to the days he’s scheduled.
For years I struggled with finding a gym and routine I could stick with for more than a few months. The Hirt locker offers semi private training for adults and kids alike with a knowledgeable staff, clean equipment and great energy I highly recommend Cristian and staff.
We love Hirt locker! The facility is fun and kid-friendly, and All of the trainers are fantastic—patient, encouraging, and great with kids. My 8-year-old has gained confidence and skills while having a blast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch trainer and gym for kids!
