I hired Mr Hirshfeld to complete the paperwork in a contested Divorce that had been settled and agreed upon by both sides before i had an attorney. I had a lengthy conversation with him initially explaining that my ex and I have agreed on everything and I only need to finish it up. Somehow I got tricked(I trusted him and didnt bother to read the agreement) into signing a retainer and am now being charged by the hour.
