Terrible experience. Staff was very rude. After my endoscopy, I was told I would be called the following Wednesday with results. After calling 10x over 4 days and no one returning my calls, I was able to finally talk to someone a week later. The results were "We don't know what's wrong". We had also gone over all costs before the procedure and they managed to sneak in an extra $1,000 after the procedure was done. Dr. Hirsh is nice, but I got no results and wasted a lot of money.
Dr. Hirsh seems nice enough, but only likes mainstream, conventional versions of disorders. I feel completely disregarded since I have an atypical presentation of my condition.
