Hometown Butcher Stopped by this place last weekend and was very pleased to find a high-quality meat market in Plano. Steaks where very good and their homemade sausages where phenomenal. Great service and they have fresh and frozen whole pigs available.
Hirsch's I have purchased meat from Hirsch's several times. Their quality and selection of meat is phenomenal! If you need steaks or meat for a party of special occasion, I highly recommend going to Hirsch's Butcher Shop.
Like Stepping Back in the Past! Hirsch's is a great butcher shop, with service that seems to be out of style today. They have a large selection of meats and sell the same aged steaks that the big steakhouses serve. I love calling in my order and being able to walk in and pick it up without a long wait. The staff is knowledgeable and can offer cooking tips and recipes, as well as alternatives for the rare occasion that they don't have what you want on hand.
