I purchased an embroidery machine from Hirsch in May and was told to expect delivery in mid to late June. The machine was not delivered until mid July, and on August 31st I am still waiting to be put on an installation schedule. I have already made 3 payments on the machine and still have no idea if or when it will ever run. Hirsch has been a good company in the past, but today they are unresponsive and unconcerned about fulfilling the obligations of their contracts. I give one star only because zero is not an option.
