Young, new home owner here. Learning as I go. My gas was turned off, then when it was time to ignite my water heater, it did not spark. Socal Gas came out, plumbing company tried troubleshooting it, to no avail, they suggested I replace the pilot assembly. American Standard and a plumbing company suggested I go to this place. I drove out 40 min to Hirsch, only for them to tell me I have to pay for the pilot assembly even though it is under warranty.
