I'm so happy to have Dr. Wayne Hirota as my dentist. He always takes the time to explain things including the pros and cons and alternative choices. He welcomes questions and proceeds when I understand what he is going to do. His shots are almost painless. He has a great staff who do everything to keep you safe. I wish my friend had recommended him years ago.
I've been going to Dr. Hirota for over 10 years -- the staff is great, I'm never kept waiting for an appointment and scheduling is relatively easy though Saturday book up quickly. They keep up to date with technology and preventative care. I highly recommend Dr. Hirota & his staff.
Absolutely recommend Dr. Hayashi. She is very bright, personable, and genuinely cares for her patients! First dentist that has made me feel at ease.

Recently had bi-annual cleaning. I moved to the mainland 5 yrs ago and still see Dr Hirota and staff when I return home for visits. Staff ALWAYS helpful with insurance questions and manage to accommodate me even on short notice. Whether dealing with staff/hygienists over the phone or during office visits-EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!! Office is very clean-A++. They call it "5 year wellness assessment" Awesome. Every 5 years they take full-mouth x-rays and project out what to expect for next 5 years. Lucky me, all fillings are holding up pretty good. (done by Dr. Hirota) Before I left I got a gift for being a patient since 5 years. Everybody in the office is so nice and you really feel like a family member.

A very friendly place. An additional good thing is that they explain everything they do. It is also clear that the dentist instructed all people working there about a good customer attitude. Highly recommended.
