I didn't sit in the restaurant itself, but I got takeout. And I can say it was the most delicious rice bowl and tea I've had in months. The atmosphere inside is very homey, so I hope to visit again in the future.
We gave this place five chances because it’s our local ramen restaurant, and every single order was disappointing. They’ve forgotten the broth, forgotten the noodles, forgotten all of our sides once, and repeatedly left out extras we paid for like extra egg and extra pork. To make matters worse, when you order through their website, they use a third-party delivery service, so there’s no easy way to get your money back for missing items. Really frustrating and not worth the risk.
The food was pretty good. We got the vegan ramen and dumplings, and while they were both tasty and filling, I think the ramen was just a little bland. It needed more salt or something. The waitress was very nice, but hard to get a hold of. There's also included gratuity if that rubs you wrong. Overall, it's worth a visit.
