First, I walked in and placed my order. They informed us that the place doesn’t accept tips, but instead, they charge a certain percentage at checkout. At first, everything seems fine when your order arrives, but after that, you’re basically left to serve yourself. Even if you want your food to go, you have to pack it yourself. They don’t prepare it for you, and they don’t even provide a bag.

bad service from start to finish. we put our names on the list. they didn't call our names and letting random people be seated so when we checked, we realized the hostess was not doing her job and we waited half an hour for nothing. then because theres an automatic service charge, the waiter did a poor job of providing service. I wanted to order more noodles, instead he stands there like he'd rather be somewhere else.

My daughter and my husband have a shared love of ramen. I ate a lot of ramen while I was pregnant with her, so there you go. On days when it's hard being a 14 year old girl in the world, this is where my husband takes her. She always thinks she can eat a whole bowl. She can't. That's ok. This is a lovely, cozy and delicious spot.
