Somehow the food quality has declined since the last time I've been here. Granted it has been 5 months since I was last here, it didn't seem as special this time. Broth is still good. The pork on their headlining dish, isn't quite the same tonight. The flavor is profile is more plain, and doesn't seem as rich in flavor as I recall. 16% service fee is included already, so no tip was necessary (the waitress explained). That hasn't changed too much.
Really good ramen. Been here twice with my wife and friends. We really like the vegetarian ramen… great flavorful soup broth. Can be enough for two, but I would recommend to get your own. The crispy rice with tuna is delicious - a bit of hot sauce can embellish the flavor if you dare! We tried the ramen with chicken broth but replace with tofu. It was good, but I still think the vegetarian ramen is better, IMHO. Edamame was ok, it had lemon or lime squirted in it - wasn’t my cup of tea, but my wife loves lemon, so a win for ... read more
