Decent food.
Don’t bother getting the lemonade, it’s literally just powder Minute Made mix and not freshly made. The edamame we ordered was fine (it’s just edamame) but it came with a bit of uncooked bean sprouts in the bowl. Not sure how thoroughly they’re cleaning stuff if food scraps are getting mixed in? The chairs are just wooden stools and uncomfortable to sit on. The ramen toppings, notably the bamboo shoots are super low quality with virtually no crunch. I heard about this place on a local TV show about local restaurants and decided to try it. I was impressed and it’s now my favorite ramen restaurant in the area. The tonkatsu ramen is excellent. The karage is also better than most; moist and flavorful.
