If you tell the employee you're ready to order before they seat you, they will take it as an insult. You MUST go through the pointless back and forth. I guess when there's a mandatory 18% service charge, you can't be TOO efficient or else they might look bad. God forbid they get busy, I've only ever seen 1-2 people max. Good chance they'll forget you and give you slow/poor service but you'll still end up paying them a high tip regardless of the quality of service.

Wont let you order for yourself and your partner when the other person is still not around. This was highly inconvinient since we parked aways from the location (busy asian complex, no nearby parking) and I am pregnant so I asked my husband to go on ahead while I wobble my way there so by the time I am there, food is ready (the parking spot we found ended up being just a 30 minute parking). Great service. Even the water is delicous (mixed with watermelon and super refreshing). Some of the best ramen noodles Ive tasted.
