Tried calling the number for customer support and this guy named AL answered was extremely rude and very aggressive the whole conversation said he was the owner but had very bad people skills and Al was very unprofessional
Al and his team are amazing! My company has been using them for years for all of our background screenings and they are always prompt, professional and friendly. When issues have come up, they take their time explaining the process and options. Great customer service all around.
The worst customer service I have experienced. They charge you to sign up without offering any services and refuse to refund when they don't follow through. So instead of paying $49 for the package I paid for, I ended up paying $123 (they charged me 3 different extra things). They told me that "I didn't read the terms and conditions". This is a rip-off! I would not recommend this service.
I was looking for a tenant screening which they don't provide however while inquiring about the service I talked to Donna and Al and I want to highlight the exceptional quality of service and depth of knowledge about the services and regulations accompanied with friendly and helpful recommendations. Al took his time and called me back and explained why they can't provide tenant screening at the moment even though he knew that I won't be able to work with them.
