Hired Gun catered a dinner for our group during our Oct. 2019 gathering at the Conference Center in Granbury. They were great to work with in planning and delivered the goods when it came to the dinner. Food was great and service professional. As added treat the day after they catered our dinner they were serving at Lakefest, so people had a chance to have their food twice. Highly recommend for your group catering needs.

We had hired gun cater the food for a wedding. Brian and his crew are amazing. Everything was cooked on site so it was fresh and piping hot when served. Have been to events with many different catering companies and hired gun has been best by a “long shot” no pun intended! If you are looking for great food and friendly staff for an event you can end your search bc you won’t find anything better.
As head of the Midlothian Wrestling Booster club we hired Hired gun to do our catering. We were so happy with the services of the entire crew. Brian was upfront and very professional in all aspects of our banquets. There was a few moments when I worried if we had enough food because we had a few guest show up that wasn't in our food count. No worry Brian was there and made this an easy fix. We will be using Hired Gun in the future! Great job Brian to you and your crew!
