Dr Failla is always timely and friendly. They don't do work that is not needed and they explain everything fully. I have a strong gag reflex and they are always good about considering that as they work. Outstanding in all respects.
Failla &Defrancesco has been my dentist for more than 30 years. I wouldn't trust my dental work to any other dental office. The staff is always friendly, courteous and accommodating! A special thank you to Sharon, my dental hygienist who no matter how busy always has time to answer my questions during my visit!
Dr. DeFrancesco was very knowledgeable and friendly. Front desk staff were the same. They handled all of the record transfers from my other dentist and I did not have to do a thing. The process of setting up my restorative procedure was so easy

I have been to some bad places once my dentist growing up has retired, and a local waltham resident recommended me to Failla & DeFrancesco and I have been so happy with every appointment! Excellent professionalism, nice associates and I TRUST the doctors opinions are for my best interests. I have finally found a practice to remain at to keep my teeth healthy.
Always an efficient and pleasant experience. Lindsey is a terrific hygienist, and with her help, and of course Dr. Failla as well, my teeth are staying healthy. Entire staff is always friendly and welcoming.
