Love this place. Everyone who worked there was friendly and respectful. There was so much help being led to the seats. Loved Stomp!!
The Bodyguard was great. Don't know how Ms Cox still had a voice to sing the last song. The Hippodrome is beautiful but I agree with others who said the leg room was not good for tall people.
Regarding The Bodyguard. . The music was great, singers and dancers were great, ...but the volume was TOO LOUD! Even with earplugs, the sound levels were overwhelming. The acoustics in the Hippodrome are good. I've been told that the production company, not the venue controls the sound, but can't the venue STRESS to the touring company that they need to adjust their volume to the venue?
The theatre was beautiful and the show was amazing. The staff was professional and we will definitely be back. Loved Everything !
